Art Poker

Art Poker (2009-2013) was a collaborative art project that used poker to explore the relationship between power, risk and value in the art world. In the game, artists, collectors and curators, staked art in an ongoing negotiation of value. As the game progressed, micro-political strategies and ruses emerged as players tested their skills in the manipulation of risk. A nomadic project, the game moved from place to place, reformulating according to context.
